1. Seller information

Money AI Guide is an independent digital publisher. Full seller identification details, including legal entity name, registration number and registered address, are published on this page and kept up to date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this website. The products are aimed at adults and are not directed at children. By completing checkout you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Digital products and access

Money AI Guide provides downloadable educational PDF guides. Access is delivered after successful payment verification. We may improve, correct, or update product files over time. VIP purchases include access to all future editions of the guides for as long as the product line remains commercially offered and the business continues operating; Complete purchases include updates published within 12 months of purchase; Starter purchases include the edition current at the time of purchase.

4. How the guides are produced (AI disclosure)

We want you to know exactly what you are buying. The guides are produced with the assistance of generative AI tools, and every guide is reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and approved by a human before publication. Editorial responsibility for the published content rests with us.

AI-assisted material can still contain errors, outdated tool names, or outdated pricing, and AI models do not have access to your specific circumstances. The guides are general educational material and are not a substitute for professional advice or your own verification. Where a guide references third-party tools, prices, or platform rules, you should confirm the current details with that provider before relying on them.

5. License and intellectual property

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business education.

We claim rights in the selection, arrangement, structure, editing, design, and presentation of the guides, and in the Money AI Guide name and branding. Because the guides are AI-assisted, we make no representation that every individual sentence attracts copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Regardless of copyright status, the restrictions below apply to you as a matter of contract because you accept them at checkout.

• You may download reasonable backup copies for your own use.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, reproduce, or distribute the materials, in whole or in substantial part.
• You may not use the materials to create a substantially similar competing product.
• You may freely apply the ideas, methods, and strategies described in the guides to your own business.

6. Payments and taxes

Prices are shown in USD and are charged as a one-time payment through Stripe. The total you will be charged, including any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax, is shown to you at checkout before you confirm payment. Currency conversion or cross-border fees charged by your own bank or card issuer are outside our control. We do not collect or store complete card details.

7. Immediate delivery and statutory withdrawal right (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery has begun — provided you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right.

Before checkout, you are asked to confirm exactly this consent, and separately to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Refund Policy, including that all sales are final. Both confirmations and the time they were given are recorded with the transaction. We do not operate a voluntary money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. Your mandatory rights where digital content is faulty or does not match its description are not affected.

8. Educational purpose and no earnings guarantee

The products provide general educational information, not financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Any figures, examples, projections, or case-study paths in the guides or on this website are illustrative descriptions of the strategies covered — they are not typical results, not average results, and not a promise of what you will earn.

Results depend on skill, effort, market conditions, timing, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee revenue, profit, employment replacement, or any particular outcome. Some product titles reference monetary figures as shorthand for the goals the strategies are aimed at; they are not representations that those figures will be achieved.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse download links, bypass access controls, interfere with the website, use automated attacks, or violate applicable law. We may suspend access where fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized distribution, or security misuse is reasonably suspected.

10. Refunds — all sales final

Our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, for choosing the wrong tier, or because a product did not produce a particular result. You confirm this at checkout before you pay.

If your payment succeeded but delivery failed, or a file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, contact us and we will restore access or supply a working file at no cost. If we cannot deliver a working file within a reasonable time, we will refund that purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply where digital content is faulty or does not match its description.

Where a refund or chargeback is processed for any reason, your license ends and your download access is withdrawn; you agree to delete any copies you retain. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect service. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money AI Guide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing principles and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact us through the support channel and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any governing-law provision will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the products. We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a business transfer; your rights under consumer law are unaffected. You may not assign your license without our written consent.
